The database has to be something like this:
Name: wp_cforms
- id: int(6) A_I Unique
- title: varchar(255) NOT NULL
- content: varchar(255) NULL

== Description ==
Companion Forms is a simple plugin which allows you to make forms using multi-steps/pages
Do you need a high amount of information from someone?
Then a single form would get to long.
With companion form you can easily split your form in multiple tabs.

== How to Install ==
From your WordPress dashboard
- Currently unable

Download File
1.Download Companion Forms.
2.Upload the 'Companion Forms' directory to your '/wp-content/plugins/' directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc...)
3.Activate Companion Forms from your Plugins page.
