How to slugify the ID's with markdown-it-anchor

Hi! Is there a way to 'slugify' the ID's? In the documentation of markdown-it-anchor explains that it is possible but in your example that option it's missing. If a try to set it in the _config.yml I get an error. Thanks in advance!

Give option to turn **off** a default plugin

i.e., I don't want markdown-it-anchor and markdown-it-katex.

误打误撞安上了这个，居然能完整的实现typora的语法，基本完全通用，我没搞懂markdown-it，没弄出应有的效果。可是这里用的katex没有默认的marked公式好看，我想用回marked的样式，怎么关掉katex？
