Problem with displaying mask ROI on interpolated image

Dear MP3 team,

I have the following problem.

In an own module I have done an interpolation that simply increases the matrix
size and resolution by a factor of two compared to the original.

I can see that this is correctly transfered to the generated nifti file. In MP3, however,
there is some parameter missing. The whole image can be seen, but when I transfer
a mask created from an image with a different resolution the mask is displayed as if the
matrix size was the original (i.e. you have the mask ROI in the upper left corner).
The mask transfers correctly to the original image (i.e. without interpolation).

I have tried to set the parameters J.DatasetDimensions_Count_X_Y_Z_T____ and
J.GridSpacings_X_Y_Z_T_____ explicitly but this does not help.

How can I tell MP3 that resolution and matrix size has changed?

Error when using T1 map MIT module

A coworker and I are encountering the same MATLAB error when trying to use the T1 mapping MIT module on the same Perfusion FAIR data. The error is as follows

Unrecognized function or variable 'InvTimeRaw'.

Error in Module_T1map_MIT (line 355)

    echotime_used = InvTimeRaw(it_mode,:) + NumSlice * interSliceTime;

Error in MP3_pipeline>MP3_pipeline_execute_button_Callback (line 2358)

Error in gui_mainfcn (line 95)

Error in MP3_pipeline (line 42)

Error while evaluating UIControl Callback.

I am unsure whether this is caused by user error or something inherent to the program. We are both new to MATLAB and GitHub, so I hope this is the appropriate place to get feedback on this issue.

MRTrix3 error : version `GLIBCXX_3.4.26' not found [UNIX]

I encountered the following error message when using MRTrix3:
/DATA/APPs/mrtrix3/bin/mrconvert: /DATA/APPs/MATLAB/R2021a/sys/os/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6: version 'GLIBCXX_3.4.26' not found (required by /DATA/APPs/mrtrix3/bin/mrconvert)

Problem with Module_T1map_MIT

Dear MP3 team,

I have the following problem by testing our Module_T1map_MIT : I try to set the dynamic range of the first scan during the parameters setting but in the Matlab prompt always appears the following error message :
"Error using Module_T1map_MIT (line 251)
Wrong scan selected ?"

Here attached the complete Bruker file I used ( of course I selected the RAREVTR bas sequence to test the module)
