Iniyaa Ticket Submission 6/1

I worked on the backend code for the comment box

The python code I added in main.py is commented out as I still need to figure out how to make a database with all the comments
The html code is not final and has a rough outline of how the comments could be displayed - we would take these html elements and put them in a bootstrap template to make it look pretty

Goals for next week/In Progress:
get the database working & connect it to the comment code in main.py
