Please add path to log file

Could you please make path to file configurable in request

Port number an listern address are not configurable

Please add config file and command line parameter for port number and bind address
e.g *:8080 (means bind on all addresses ) and 127.0.0.1 (means bind in loopback with default port)

As I see it could looks like
python httptail.py --bind-address=127.0.0.1 --port=8080
or
python httptail.py --config-file=/path/to/file.cfg --bind-address=127.0.0.1 --port=8080

Command-line parameters must override values from config file.

root dir is not configurable

Please add root dir parameter. Files outside of root dir must be inaccessible.
e.g.
python httptail.py --root-dir=/var/log/myapplication/
