CIM-files

Common information model (CIM) files of the power system networks. IEEE generator 9 bus system's CIM xml was uplaoded. It doesn't contain complete CIM deatils which are required for CIM file, it contains only all the connectivity details between the components and dynamic status of the breakers information. Since, connectivity details are there it is enough to generate the network from CIM file.

Formation of complete CIM file

CIM file doesn't contain details regarding the bus voltages , current , power factors etc., which are required for state estimation.
we can write as our own, but standard convention has to followed for mutual understanding.
I followed IEC 61850 for writing the CIM file.
