Transparency Controls not as expected

A few of the icons were designed with fine tune control over the individual transparencies of the layers. After some quick exploration, this turned out to not be an accurate assumption.

As is, control only exists over the :after layer and the :first-letter layer. Some of the icons will need to be reworked for this. All shading layers will have to move to :after, while essential in-icon layers need to will need to be moved to the :first-letter

Good news is that this will save 25% of the CSS if the shading layer is consistent across all the icons. So that's good.
