SETUP (python3, sqlite3)
1 - pip install -r requirements.txt
2 - python manage.py makemigrations
3 - python manage.py migrate
4 - python manage.py runserver (this will start dev server at port 8000)

If there is an error after step 2, please follow steps below
1 - python manage.py makemigrations
2 - python manage.py makemigrations role
3 - python manage.py makemigrations resource
4 - python manage.py migrate

2- Api's are as follows
 a)/role/
   i)Get user role, GET (params 'user_id')
   j)Create new role, POST (request json = {"role_name":<str>, "resource_list":[[id, permission],......]})
   k)Assign new role to user, PUT (request json = {"user_id":<int>, "role_id"<int>})
   l)Remove role from user, DELETE (request json = {"user_id":<int>, "role_id"<int>})

 b)/user/access/
   i)Check if user has access to this resource, GET (params 'user_id', 'resource_id', 'permission'(enum))


Assumptions
1 - There is entry in resource table for every available resource.
2 - Authentication should be handled separately on the basis of username and password(not enforced).
