Update reference year for composite farmland and forest bird indices to conform with EU guidelines

Erik Framstad reported in December 2023 that in the newest iteration of the "Guidance note" for EU initiatives for ecosystem accounting, the farmland bird indicator is included as an obligatory indicator and 2000 is used as a reference year. Our pipeline currently uses 1996 as the reference year for the farmland and forest bird indices, and it may be sensible to adjust this to 2000. At least once these changes have been implemented in EU regulations.

Missing species from Nature Index

13 species are included in the Nature Index database but are not part of the species selection for the TRIM analyses here.
We need to check why that is (some may be indicators based on expert opinion alone) and to what degree they need including here.

Update starting year for species not reported to PECBMS

@DiegoPavonJordan has informed me that the starting years for species not included in the selection that gets reported to PECBMS needs updating. The correct starting years are stored in the attached table.
