mbgui's Issues

running .py in Umbuntu 32bit

I set the mbs_bin_dir file to where mbsystem is located but I got the follow error message:

./mbguikrbm.py: line 5: syntax error near unexpected token newline' ./mbguikrbm.py: line 5:'

window 7 test

I changed mbs_bin_dir location and tried to run the file (I had saved as):

I tried a few different files. The error was the same (attached). It looks like it is just getting to the datalist stage.

mbs_bin_dir should be configurable in the GUI

The variable mbs_bin_dir, used to tell mbgui where to find the MB-System binaries, should be configurable in the GUI. This raises the issue of how to make configuration state persist across separate mbgui runs.

size

Can we make the window about 2 or 3 times wider so we can see the file locations?

batch process

Is there a way to have it group multiple files – usually mb system – when it creates the datalist takes all files with the same file type as a group. When I tried to select 3 files – it ran 3 separate processes (with technically works – but is there a way to make it work both ways?)

output type

The box says “output type” but there are no options – can we still have xyz, txt, or ascii (those are the 3 types we worked out right?)
