Dynamic Nav Link Generation

Ledges should be detected and nav links proxies should be automatically. This is to make level creation easier. As currently stands, adding a ledge to the level takes a significant amount of more time as nav link proxies have to be manually placed along the entire edge.

Definition of done

• Detect ledges on specified area
• Place nav link proxies surrounding the ledges if drop is low enough
• Nav link proxies should surround the entire ledge to create the illusion that AI can walk off anywhere.
• Nav link proxies should be one way.
