📝 Description

DiRe Website will help people affected by disasters to connect & get help from the entire world. The website focuses on collecting donations from over the country and also connecting with people to volunteer for various works in disaster affected areas.

It will mainly consist of 3 sections:

1. Volunteer for relief work
2. Utilities Donation nearby
3. Payment Gateway

This website will also provide general awareness, guidelines and rules during various disasters

🛠️ Project Setup

1. Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/Nishtan/DiRe

2. Install Node.js (JavaScript runtime environment) and MongoDB(document-oriented database program)

3. Install the dependencies using

npm i

🏃‍♀️ Usage

After setting up for Web App, follow the below instructions to get it running.

For Web

1. Enter mongod and mongo command to connect to the database.

2. Go to gitbash/command prompt, make sure you are in TPO-Website directory, run following command in gitbash

nodemon app.js

3. Open (localhost:3000/) in your browser to use DiRe.
