Github Actions for linting

@lsig please set up github actions in the following way:

  • on any branch, run linters
  • on 'dev' and 'main' run linters and have it block the pull request if fails

Research testing frameworks and methods

Research best ways to test functions (which unit testing libraries), which integration tests and which end2end tests to run.

Once you're done, create a ticket in here for setting up the relevant testing libraries you found in your research.

Instructions on running

We will need a README.md that explains all necessary instructions. Let's add to that document as the repo grows but now we need the following

  • how to install poetry
  • how to install packages with poetry
  • how to install and set up linter and formatter according to the config files
