and I have another question how embed nlog.config to exe and read config from string?

Regarding embedding config to resource toy may first consider this.
If you still want to go with resoruce, I think you may just use a regular string resource and then pass the xml string to XmlLoggingConfiguration via XmlReader (see this). You may also refer to this question.
