Add a timeout to the json rpc client calls
Right now if there is no response to a json rpc call it will get blocked, we should have a timeout for these calls.
Sending big messages break UDP RCP
While testing Amaru as client with UDP, there are sometimes that rpc calls does not return. The issue is that the server did not get the call, library should somehow handle these cases. This is because of the nature of UDP protocol.
