Superlinter Issues - xml files will always fail

The way I make xml erddap files means they are incomplete and not official xml files... the linter will fail. Turn of superlinting for xml files.

At the very least, its not a required pass.

NUTRIENT UNIFICATION OVER YEARS

Current ERDDAP hosts CTD data, BTL data, Nutrient Data, Oxygen Data, and chlor data as individual datasets (internally) - a script merges the CTD and Nutrient data for a MERGED dataset. Oxygen and BTL data are more of an ancillary dataset and chlor is usually maintained by Fisheries/FOCI or E.Wisegarver and are not yet in erddap

Units vary over the years (epic keys with 1 or 2 in front for uml or umkg) and data may be in merged datafiles, independent files or semi-merged btl/nut files. ERDDAP will help here but we need to clean or work with past data and unify

CTD variable verification

check to see that Tr_904 is in the files it needs to be, same with Trb_980

unify all fluorometry to be Fch_906 (old epic ctd fluorometer was F_903)... Fch_906 is valid for moorings... we are renaming all fluorometer-chlorophyll equivalent to this name

Add testing to code (python or otherwise)

• python unit tests

Add utilities to create erddap dataset products (weekly? / monthly?)

• building merged CTD datasets
• building gridded mooring datasets

Add ADCP Scal and EIN

• EIN could be combined with VEL in many cases

  • what about if a depth has been qc'd out of one?

• SCAL can be added to all pretty easily but as a seperate dataset (tabular)

Migrate xml creation from "cut and paste" to jinja2 templating

• try this for ADCP's first
