with integrations based on: abc.js ChucK icecast darkice

In the current setup, there are a few scripts that need to be running simultaneously:

1. start jackd at 44.1kHz using qjackctl
2. exec bin/run.sh to start up the node.js server
3. exec static/examples/connect.sh (temporary!)
4. descend into static/examples and start darkice with 'darkice -c darkice.cfg'
5. connect to http://localhost:9001 (or whatever your machine's called) and have fun!

File uploads

It would be great to be able to upload and share .wav files through the browser, which could then be used in the scores. Possibly some security concerns here...

Display compilation errors in browser

Currently, its hard to know when and where a script gets 'stuck', since errors are only reported on the console. Parsing the line number and displaying an error on the line number would go a long way towards making collaborative sessions more usable.

Launch ChucK directly from nodejs server

Replace the manually executed pad-reading and ChucK spawning process with code that can be monitored by the nodejs server.
