Hi there! I'm @noepinefrin, a passionate research intern in AI in Microbiome and Aging Research group at Leibniz-Institute on Aging - Fritz Lipmann Institute. I'm thrilled to share my work with you here on GitHub, where I showcase my expertise in cancer data analysis, microbiome and aging analysis and computer vision. I am working with Handan Melike Dönertaş which is PhD of Microbiome and Aging research and senior expert on bioinformatics and multi-omicsresearch, head of AI in Microbiome and Aging Research Group.
