FILES MISSING

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the code - I have tried compiling it however, and there seems to be 4 files missing.I am trying to compile it on OF 4.x, but I don't think that should be the issue. See the terminal output below:

I was wondering, if I can - with small changes - use your reactingLMFoam also with OpenFOAM 4.1. Have you maybe even created such an "upgrade" already?
