Advanced Android

This repository contains samples and solutions for the Advanced Android course.

Introduction

Each of the samples in this repository is associated with a practical exercise from the Advanced Android course. While each sample stands and runs on its own, they are designed to be used together with the course.

The Advanced Android course is intended to be an instructor-led training and is targeted towards intermediate Android developers with a background in software development or computer science that have completed the Android Developer Fundamentals course.

In particular:

  • RecyclerView and Adapters
  • SQLite databases and the SQLite query language.
  • Software architectural patterns that separate data from the user interface, such as MVP, MVC, or MVA.
  • Threading and AsyncTask

Getting Started
