cannot use xgrid for aoflux computation for f19_tnx1v4

With the update to cmeps0.14.32 I am getting the following error in trying to use the xgrid for the aoflux computation
The atm grid is fv 1.9x2.5 and the ocean grid is a tripole tnx1v4:

Add DMS in cmeps

Add DMS from prognostic ocean to atm
Also add new flag - e.g. noresm_bgc_coupling flag - ask Dirk about best approach
Add DMS read in docn
Add calculation done in the atm to aoflux module

Add daily means of import variables from wavewatch3

WW3 does not have averaged output as an option.
Create the averaged fields in the WW3 cap and send to the mediator which will perform the output (NorESMhub/CMEPS/#11)

This can be an external that is called as an external from CMEPS

Add capability to add atm/ocn DMS exchanged in CMEPS

DMS exchange between the ocean and the atm should be added and there should be the option to compute atm/ocn dms fluxes in the mediator.

Add missing entry descriptions

Every entry in namelist_definition_drv.xml should have a description. These entries are missing one:

• write_restart_at_endofrun
• Profiling
• MED_model
• XXX_model (for XXX = ATM, OCN, ICE, ROF, LND, GLC, WAV)
• Verbosity@xxx_attributes (or xxx = med, ice, glc, lnd, ocn, rof, wav)
• histaux_wav2med_file1_auxname
