Deprecated PerformanceTiming API in Cabin script

Hello there!

When I add the hello.js Cabin script to my website as documented, I noticed that my Chrome Lighthouse score's Best Practices are affected, falling under the "Uses deprecated APIs." Looking at the Cabin script's code, it seems like it may be an issue with this usage of the deprecated PerformanceTiming API, which has been replaced by the PerformanceNavigationTiming API.

From MDN [link]:

The performanceTiming API, a JavaScript API for measuring the loading performance of the requested page, is deprecated but supported in all browsers. It has been replaced with the performanceNavigationTiming API.
