Use `np.roll` instead of the slicing method we use now

I believe it will be more intuitive and more "the numpy way" to use np.roll. The method used now is kind of "hacky", at least not intuitive.

simulation function

After the introduction of the barrier there is defined a function for running the simulation. Is it perhaps a good idea to define this earlier? Think it could make things a bit tidier.

Erroneous plot of transmission probability

The final plot which is the transmission probability as a function of barrier width now just a straight line.

Add generate_inital_psi function

As is right now, psi is initiated at the beginning. To avoid confusion and possibility of accidentally overwriting psi, and to make the code prettier, we should add some sort of generate_psi that can be used each time we need a new psi, instead of reusing the old.
