{{Normdaten}} on enWP redirects to {{Authority control}}. It is only used 18 times, so either it should be deprecated, or VIAFbot should handle this case. Likely it is easier to deprecate.

Superfluous nd==ac check.

Another nice statistic to track is in the cases where VIAFbot did not need to write anything, how often did the preexisting ND and AC templates agree with each other already?

writeLogTails

The logs are written to Wikipedia once every 100 local logs, but that means that once the bot finishes there will be unposted local logs. write writeLogTails() that ties up this lose end.
