Additional repro notes:

• For step 4, "Try to copy those characters (column) onto V27 V26 V25 V24", it wasn't super clear, but I column selected the indicated text at the destination before attempting the paste.
• All copy/paste operations done using menus

I tried reproing in SciTE Version 5.4.1 Scintilla:5.4.1 Lexilla:5.3.0 Dec 26 2023 08:47:41
but it worked correctly there.

A more "eye catching" title for this issue might be: "Column block paste fails when destination tab has different line-ending type"

Sorry, English is not my mother tongue. Thanks for the hint.
In step 4 I have selected column before attempting to paste, but no change. I will try again and let you know.
