How would the TODO's be generated? The current system just looks to a few web APIs for content and looks in given directories for git repos to get commits from locally. I'm not sure of any solid way to pull in TODO's for developers.

IMO there are plenty of different ways to track what you're doing. This project is less about "what do I need to do?" and instead providing an overview of "What have I actually gotten done?" to try and help developers relax a bit during their day. I feel like TODOs are achieving the opposite desired effect and shouldn't be added.

That's a pretty good idea, an easy to implement feature and one more reason to come back to the console and see your progress and inspiration. I use a chrome extension with a similar idea to the one behind this application (but lacking of git integration), check it out: https://momentumdash.com/ . They initially started with just a wallpaper, single goal and weather info, eventually added a minimalist TODO feature.

Much like with #68, I am not super sure about this. Looking at a list of things I haven't done is a bit stressful, and I want this dashboard to be the happy place where you look when you are stressed, and not contribute to that. There's already a lot of applications that track todos, and combined with #68 i think it would actually make an awesome organizational dashboard, but I'm not sure it would be this one.

btw @notwaldorf - for me, looking at a shrinking list of things I've not yet done is the biggest stress reliever ever - I spend a lot of time staring at my wunderlist!
