Need Help in MatLab Code Process

Could you please confirm the pipeline for the Matlab code that produces the actual fingerprint image from the camera captured finger image?

As in, what exact files need to be run to obtain results from https://github.com/noureldien/FingerprintRecognition/blob/master/Matlab/Images/1.jpg to a fingerprint result like https://github.com/noureldien/FingerprintRecognition/blob/master/Matlab/Images/102_5.jpg ?
