This sounds like the same issue that I'm having. I have setup my videos to go to the Videos/TV Shows/ directory in my Windows Library. Each individual TV show is also setup to have its own folder in their individual properties. However, Utorrent still downloads everything the the Downloads folder. Am I missing another setting somewhere, or is it working as intended?
