IPP-LiveVideo

There is an optional camera kit for the Bittle that uses a MU Vision Sensor. The goal is to be able to use this to stream live video to Kinesis and have further processing by Rekognition. If Bittle notices a certain item, it should respond. Not sure how Kinesis/Rekognition integrate with IoT Core (if at all) but that would be the goal.

IPP-Alexa

Additionally, Alexa should be connected to the Bittles. You should be able to say phrases like "Alexa, tell Bittle 1 to rest" and that should publish an MQTT message to that specific Bittle and have it perform the action. You should also be able to command the entire fleet with commands like "Alexa, start Bittle patrol" or "Alexa, tell all Bittles to do pushups."

IPP-IOT

Currently this repo has the ability to dynamically create 'things' in IoT core and associate them with a created thing group, apply and create policies/certificates for devices, and automatically create the necessary Arduino sketches to upload to the ESP8266 modules each Bittle has. From the MQTT test client in the AWS Console, messages are able to be successfully sent to each individual Bittle. The additional functionality needed is the ability to issue global commands to each dog. Perhaps by subscribing all dogs to a 'global commands' topic, and publishing messages to that topic? This would integrate directly with the AWS Amplify App

IPP-WEB

Create AWS Amplify App to control Bittle fleet. Application should include card type view with list of all dogs and relevant information (NyBoard Version, Device Name which should match what is in IoT Core, battery status, etc.). Users should be able to select a specific Bittle and issue commands (Fwrd,Bkwrd,L,R, Push Up, Rest, etc.) as well as issue global commands to the entire Bittle fleet. My initial plan for this is to use the PubSub functionality of the Amplify Client Libraries for JS.
