pyincore-data

pyIncore-data is a component of IN-CORE. It is a python package containing utilities to prepare data for use in IN-CORE analyses.

Prerequisites

• Requirements: Python 3.6+, Anaconda or Miniconda.

Installation

1. From the Terminal (Mac/Linux) or Command Prompt (Windows) add conda-forge package repository/channel to your environment:

   conda config –-add channels conda-forge
   

2. To install pyincore-data, navigate to the directory you want to use for preparing data for use in IN-CORE and run the following command:

   conda install -c in-core pyincore-data
   

To check that the package is installed. run

conda list

It will list all packages currently installed. You can check if pyincore exists in the list.

To update pyincore-data run

conda update -c in-core pyincore-data
