What license is couchdb-commonjs under

There is no copyright or license mentioned in the readme or the code for this project. Technically this means people can't use this library without writing you and getting express permission — which I don't think is your intent. :)

Please consider updating the code to include a copyright notice and licence.

Missing batch-update functionality

Calling db.saveDoc() on an Array saves each element individually, but there doesn't seem to be a way to update a list of pre-existing elements (unless I'm missing something).

Authentication Headers aren't passed on Delete Document

db declared as global variable

Line 304 of couchdb.js ends with a semicolon instead of a comma. This results in db being declared as a global variable.

Handle Error Responses Better on Document Delete.
