Automatically alphabetize bibliography file

Figure out a way to do this every time a new citation is added.

Hard-coded cache location

Thanks for excite, I am "excited" about it :-)

While looking at the code I found that the HTTP cache path is currently hard-coded. Not sure if that will work as intended on other computers.

We may want to factor it out to a stable path in /tmp (probably suffixed with excite version).

Increase Robustness of ISBN Parsing

ISBN codes should be read in regardless of placement or amount of dashes present in the input. 978-1-449-31204-6 and 9781449312046 should both be valid inputs.

"Syntax error near unexpected token" when copying to clipboard

Fix the token errors (with parenthesis, for example) when copying citations to clipboard.

Broken DOI

Does not work with the following DOIs:
