Knife plugin to create skeleton integrating chefspec, rubocop, foodcritic, knife test and kitchen.

##Motivation

The current "knife cookbook create" does not include tests, and many of us need to use chefspec, checkstyle and kitchen.

##Installation

With rubygems:

gem install knife-skeleton

With github:

git clone https://github.com/Numergy/knife-skeleton.git
cd knife-skeleton
bundle install
rake install

##Usage

There is no usage instructions! Simply having knife-skeleton installed will automatically override Chef's default cookbook create command.

knife cookbook create COOKBOOK

Finding lots of competing alternatives via this thread:

I don't suppose you were aware of them? Going to take some time to evaluate options, and can keep you posted if you're interested. Please ignore my other open issues for now

`knife skeleton --help` provides no output

Seems like this just replaces knife cookbook create, so it shows up with knife cookbook --help and knife cookbook create --help. Would you be alright with my submitting a PR to make this command a bit less intrusive. I've just never seen a knife command work like this :)

Make skeleton customizable

Would be awesome if this was extensible? Also, any thoughts on how this compares with berks cookbook command?
