create a unified way

Create a unified way of adding portInfo structures to the tree and to add list_heads to the lists

Missed function to add address info to portInfo

In file ports_table need to create a function to add an address to the portInfo structure.

possible NULL pointer dereference

When module is not loaded, the hook doesn't have a address. It has to be checked for NULL pointer when called dynamic_filter function

Control which probes are loaded

Control in config.h file which probes are loaded and in syscalls_monitor.c

Ao remover um endereço de uma lista, e esse endereço ser o primeiro endereço de uma lista com mais que um endereço, permite que se remova a lista.

Encontrar uma forma mais elegante de remover os elementos da lista e remover a propria lista com cuidado
