requires transformers?

I'm only able to install the 0.1 version with cabal, the higher versions complain about missing transformers:

doctest not completing

Hi the binary-search process keeps running "forever" in Stackage.
I haven't tried to reproduce outside Stackage yet but let me report this here first and follow up with more details later if needed.
