"Hide the decorative markups" preference hides non-markup output

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check "Hide the decorative markups" option in LBi Logger preferences
2. Within a flash application, trace out an object

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The object should be written to the flashlog.txt file and traced out to the
logger panel. Instead the object is written out to the flashlog.txt file
and not displayed in the logger panel.

It appears any string comprising of "[ ]" is hidden.
