All operations don't work after using old applications

The users who use older version, all operations do not work correctly.

addon path that contain "." is not detected by Blender

example(Windows10 + Blender2.78)

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.78\scripts\addons\meshio(.pmd)@ousttrue

After I rename the path to "meshio(pmd)@ousttrue", Blender detect addon.

Some bugs exists in MacOS.

Support Blender portable

The portable version of blender stores it's addon folder in the main Blender folder, not in the standard location. It would be great if I could specify custom addon install locations. Also, as an addition, maybe make the add on manager itself have a portable mode itself, where it stores any data it may use in it's own folder.

Even better, I would love to be able to transfer addons from one portable, say "c:\portablePrograms\Blender-2.78", to a different one, say "c:\portablePrograms\Blender-2.79".
This as far as I know still needs to be done manually, and it would be amazing to be able to automate it.

no add-on list

I open the software, but dont do anythink, click everyware, but dont show any infromation or charge the down bar. Please tell me how to "Install" correctly this

Add add-on migration feature.

Will not work on windows 10 surface pro 2

It works on my main pc running windows 10 but when trying to use it to install the same addons on my laptop the addon manager is non responsive; the buttons on the top show a loading icon which is really confusing?

Also the manager will not show any information; any installed addons, favourites or GitHub?
