Implement "challenge" mecchanism to protect Agatha server from spoofed messages

Every message the server bots send to Agatha node MUST contain the value "challenge". If this value matches with the one stored in cache, the message is accepted, otherwise Agatha sends back an error with a new challenge.

Prepare instance of Freegeoip server

Prepare couch database on startup

Prepare the database when the application starts up. If the given database (name will be specified in the config file) doesn't exist, create it.

agatha-server will create only databases allowed (array in code). If it's there and the value given in the config file matches, then agatha will create the database, otherwise the program terminates.

Start accepting requests. For now, READ ONLY

accept READ ONLY requests for now and check auth key + server ip.

If the request statisfies the auth and ip, then it is processed. Otherwise it's dropped.
