Update top-level readme with semantic release & workflow info
Let's add info at the top-level readme (not the one that deploys to npm) - for the fellow O3'ers so they can help.
This should show how to use semantic releases and how to form their commit messages.
Discovery: Wingsuit integration
Review if a Wingsuit integration would be beneficial at the generator level or if it would require too much integration to a specific site.
Remove integration pieces from generator
Remove integration pieces that tries to make assumptions about the Drupal build and then fails to install the theme.
