网络异常导致的agent服务不工作

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 
当IOMServer及DataManager所在的服务器网络长时间中断（超过10分�
��）可能会导致所有agentService和CMDServer再也不工作. 


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
此时在agent和cmdserver的log中提示Operation timed 
out，但如果数十分钟一直联不上服务端，最终程序不再响应��
�此时进程还在但不工作。当服务端网络恢复正常后这些agent��
�也无法联到IOMServer上，除非agent所在的操作系统重启或相关��
�程重启。

IOMSUI删除最后一个文件报错的BUG

AgentService 出现 runCron Error:<class 'psutil.error.AccessDenied'>(pid=4)

用管理执行agent执行install.bat

提示如下:

alpha版本已经知未解决问题

1.在IOMSUI中如果所输入目录不存在或者最后没有“\”的话，��
�在输出结果中提示【'-1', 'Path does not exist.'】
2.在IOMSUI中点击命令行模式程序会无响应，然后先选择其他窗
口再选择IOMS窗口才正常。
3.IOMS中的标签关闭按钮无效。
4.在IOMSUI当右下角窗口在一个界面，比如“服务器信息”的时
候，点击其他功能按钮，比如“下载文件”的时候，右下角��
�会自动切换。
5.如果服务器端没有update.zip文件，运行结果收集程序直接提��
�: All command run over.全部执行完毕。
6.点击“功能-上传文件”，然后点击“取消”或者关闭上传��
�口，需要点击两次，其他多个功能都有存在要点击二次的问�
��。
7.IOMSUI工具栏可以移动，也可以关闭，但是关闭后无法再打开
，除非重新开工具。
