Function to export IO table after PySUT

Specify output (IO table) format

Should be CSV, at least for now. Needs to include:

• Both activity name and product name for both sides of exchange (could be separate file)
• Unit
• Location
• Best guess number
• Uncertainty distribution following stats_arrays

Use Ocelot for ecospold extraction

After some discussion, it will be much easier to use Ocelot, with all of its built-in capabilities, to make a custom system model that will either a) implement a specific system contruct, or b) create data suitable to be fed into PySUT for system construct application. There are simply too many ecoinvent peculiarities and "features" (like the market override) to rewrite; it makes more sense to use work already done.

This issue, therefore, will require defining a new system model in Ocelot that will fit the defined interfaces, i.e. specific DataFrames.

Matching between industries and products in exiobase

As Stefan told me, the simplest way to obtain A matrix from the exiobase supply and use tables is to use the commodity technology construct. For that, some of the products need to be aggregated so that the matrices U and V become square. I started doing the matching between industries and products (see attached) and would be grateful if someone could fill in the gaps marked in blue.
