Bootstrap?

Should we include bootstrap as a dependency?

Pros:

• Standard for markup
• Widespread familiarity

Cons:

• Slightly heavier weight
• Tendency to use bloated jquery bootstrap plugins that suck

Logo

As much as I love the noun project's beret man, might be nice to have a logo that is a little more unique.

I think we will want something with the following features for text input

• Ability to prepend icon
• Placeholder text
• Constraint validation polyfill (text related only)
• Multiple regular expression pattern support (via AND)
• Help line
• Error state
• Valid state
