Add submodules for FFMpeg and wxWidgets

What is AiO? Anyway, what specifically is the difference between downloading the package from your package manager and downloading it directly from the repository? You're still downloading it either way.

You're not supposed to use submodule for every dependency you have. You will never see a project that has something like ffmpeg/wxwidgets/qt as a submodule or subtree because it's just not how you're supposed to handle packages. You must rely on the system's package manager to install the packages for you.

Well I wanted make easy the installation process. Anyway I try again download the other repos.

We already include the GL stuff (even though its generated), pthreads (for
Windows builds that don't already have pthreads), and jansson. I've tried
making some of these a git submodule. It doesn't work very well. Perhaps my
knowledge of CMake and git got the better of me.

I'm sure if you provided a branch that showed a workable clean example, you
would have a better case in getting it put into the repo.
