Isn't it safer to set the OCA remote to use https instead of ssh? That can be helpful in preventing accidental writes.

I wish git remote add had an option to only add fetch option

How about

$ git remote set-url --push maintainer-tools no-pushing
$ git push maintainer-tools master
fatal: 'no-pushing' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

Regular contributors don't have write access to OCA, so for the the ssh remote URL will fail.
