Odoo for NGO's and humanitarian organization

This project aim to develop and publish all modules related to the need of humanitarian NGOs. It would cover the overall needs in terms of logistics, order management, accounting, transportation and distribution.

Main changes are made in the procurement standard flow of Odoo. Usually, you have sales that drive procurement, that drive purchase. With those modules, you record logistic requisition to capture the needs, you source them from one way or another (purchase, stock, donnation,..) and give back to the requestor the price, time and product information. If he agree with, then you confirm the requisition by creating an offer. The offer will drive all the necessary flows to deliver the goods where they are needed. It also improves the purchase requisition flow to fit more with the NGO's problematic.

In the future, it'll cover other NGO's specific needs such as the distribution, transportation, finance (donations, donors report,.. ), volonteer management,..

_check_quantity_bid in framework_agreement_requisition seems to be never run

LR stuck if Cost Estimates created for each LR Line

If I create a Cost Estimate for each line of a LR, then the LR becomes stuck in the Confirmed state (it can only be cancelled, but the Done state is not reachable from the user interface.

The reason is that the Create Cost Estimate button checks for lines which are not sourced and for which no CE exists. There are none, so no CE is created (correct), but the LR should then become Done I think.

Install logistic_requisition alone, create a logistic.requisition.line and try to add a source.

You cannot fill in the currency, but when you try to save, you get an error saying that the currency is missing.

Missing framework_agreement_id filed in purchase.order

While I install the downloaded module. I faced this issue. So I just added framework_agreement_id filed in purchase.order. Then I could install the module. Please solve this issue and Let us know.

Logistics Requisition - Source procurement method 'Framework Agreement' should be extracted

Using value 'fw_agreement' will raise an error if framework_agreement_sourcing is not installed.

We might want Logistics Requisition without Framework Agreement. Thus selection field must be splitted in framework_agreement_sourcing a new module to link those
