LBQUEUE waiting size limit

when LBWAITING for a queue gets too big (~8k entries in our case), doing a smembers returns too much data and lbdequeue returns an error.

workers getting stuck on jobs, blocking queues

When a worker dies silently or hangs interminably, waiting for io that's never going to come, it would be good to have the worker timeout and either die or respawn. similarly, putting the start time on every job in the running list (on the monitor) will make it easier to diagnose stuck jobs, while putting a "clear" button next to the job will allow users to manually clean this up.

Delqueue time

difference between machine clocks can cause confusion in delayed queue. Use redis TIME command instead of machine given timestamps.
