Update Color of Markdown Hyperlinks

Describe the bug
Currently, hyperlinks within the markdown are hard to visibly see. Make them bright blue like hyperlinks in the HTML blocks.

Single selection multiple choice quizzes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is frustrating to select multiple answers when only one is the correct answer.

Describe the solution you'd like
On multiple-choice quizzes (such as Chapter one's quiz) that have a single answer, allow only one answer to be selected. If the user has already selected an answer and then changes to another answer, the previous answer should automatically be deselected and only the new answer selected.

[Bug] : Not able to run this project locally

Describe the bug

• Not able to run my project locally.
• Getting this error while running yarn start
  • $ PORT=8080 NODE_ENV=development nodemon --watch src -e ts,tsx --exec ts-node src/index.ts
  • $ PORT=3000 NODE_ENV=development REACT_APP_BACKEND_URL=http://localhost:8080 react-scripts -r @cypress/instrument-cra start && "open http://localhost:3000/"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Clone this repo'
2. Run yarn install and yarn start
3. See error

Expected behavior
Error Command failed with exit code 1.

Node Sass not supported on MacOS Big Sur

Describe the bug
The app will not start up properly locally after running yarn install. The error message reads as follows:

Error: Node Sass does not yet support your current environment: OS X 64-bit with Unsupported runtime (93)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone repo
2. Run yarn install within repo
3. cd src/frontend
4. Run yarn install
5. Run yarn start

Expected behavior
The website should start up and be running with the web browser.
