LNAV button does not disarm LOC or ILS, and txt management of armed modes is un-optimal

As title says
When LOC or ILS is armed, LNAV don't disarm. This because it is omitted from lat set 1 for some reason.

Adding this back causes complications because the way ITAF's default arm annunciator is handled is legacy and really bad. I didn't update it in the recent change regarding how all mode annunciators are handled.

So I think I should just rewrite the the way that indication is handled, and then add the updates for loc and appr options in lat set 1 just like it is in lat set 0 or 3.

Heading predictor can make invalid headings

The HEADING 5 SECONDS AHEAD predictor is bad
Invalid headings can be predicted, like 370, or 1040 due to the way predictors work

FPA calculation incorrect

FPA calculation is incorrect - needs to be redesigned

Logic: Input values can be out of sync with Output causing toggle to not work

Should sync values. Probably should rewrite master logic, pretty much unchanged from old versions while I'm at it.

Altitude Hold overshoots

Again as title says, cause of the stupid maths!

Easy to fix, just change the factor or clamp it.

It is possible to command a mach target in T/O CLB mode

T/O CLB should only follow the Toga speed, never ever use the kts or mach dial.
This should be fixed in the speed on pitch controller only - the pilot can still select mach if he wishes but just like an increases IAS value, the system ignores it in T/O CLB mode and uses TOGA kts.
