docs: readme: update description and link it with homebrew-taps

Also, add a quick start for binaries. See homebrew-tap as an example.

deps: remove okteto

Motivation

What's Changing: Starting January 15, 2024, Okteto will be discontinuing the free SaaS tier for individual accounts. This means that access to Okteto Cloud will be unavailable after this date.

Why This Change: Over the last year, we have shifted our focus as a business to serving Platform and DevX Engineering teams, enabling them to design and automate development experiences with the Okteto Platform. As our product and strategy have evolved, individual developer use cases have become less of a fit for Okteto. You can read more in [this blog post] about the decision to move away from the individual free tier.
