Install hangs on Run task: 11-attach-volume

Install hangs on step 11 using current ubuntu aws ami.

The EBS volume id is AWS

I checked the AWS console, dont see the volume. So perhaps the volume is not being created?

compatible with Kali2 and Ubuntu 14 AWS instance

Can you tell me if these scripts are compatible with Kali2 and Ubuntu 14 AWS instance?

AWS EC2 Fails to build

An AMI is created but it fails to boot. Below is the output from the build scripts.
